A few days ago I may have uploaded the wrong build of the demo. I just updated it to include the correct build (v0.1.1)

The old build was running twice as fast as it should have. It was running at 60fps when it should have been 30fps. But now it's fixed.

Next up

It's been a while since I've shown something new, so here is some screenshots of the latest version of the gameplay. This project is really coming along nicely and I'm very excited to release a playable demo for you soon.

Here's a sneak peak of what I've been working on lately... Some things need some work including mouse aim but I thought I'd show you what I have so far. As you may tell as well, this has been made in scratch. In the future I'll be making it in java too.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
