A larger update than expected.


Hey guys,
I am a bit excited after receiving pretty much all yes votes on my previous devlog, it has given me the opportunity to change and add quite a bit of stuff to the game.

Here is a couple of the new things that are coming:

  • Special Intro cutscene.

  • Some new armor, items and weapons.

  • Raised the level cap from 12 to 18.

  • New skills for each character.

  • BlooBear now dual-wields.

  • Two new areas.

  • Two Endings.

  • GameJolt trophies.

  • Cameo appearance from a friend of mine.

  • And many more tweaks/adjustments.

Also, the demo remains canon but I have renamed the demo to just Five Ventures With 39.
I am making this the final game, this is what FVW39 should have been.

Foxioo's static shader is quite satisfying to look at, still got a few kinks to iron out though.

The upcoming Ventures update will bring some updated music into the mix, courtesy of the original creator: Søundbøx.

Also included here is the new wallpaper for the game, featuring the four idiotic friends, ready to save an imaginary world!
