Having SPD can be really difficult when I’m trying to get in the right nutrients every day because of all the textures and tastes that tend to come with fruits and vegetables, so instead I try to incorporate them into foods Ik I like, like I LOOVEEE vegetables when they’re into stuff like ramen or fruits when they’re with yogurt and honey
(or like in the image I have raspberry jelly I made to go with some raspberries!)
