A little more on the history video series I’m working on!

For those who don’t know what I’m talking about, I have a series of videos on my YouTube channel I’m working on that is delving into the game that grew to be Phobia: The Awakening. I’m sure many of you would find it interesting if you haven’t seen it already!

It occurred to me that I hadn’t done part 2 of the series yet, and I feel like it’s long overdue! I just played though Brought to Life’s house segment, and while being very simple and unfinished, it still is pretty scary at times!

So what’s next in the series?

The house segment is going to be shown off next alongside the only level that was part of a segment called “Playtime”. This level, however, literally has nothing in it sadly! I do feel like it’s worth showing off though, because at least it got as far as it did.

The final video for this series will be the third video, which will go into detail about the changes that were made, comparisons, and just a little more about Phobia: The Awakening you may not know!

Will there be another series after this one?

For sure! Phobia has an incredibly long history dating back to 2015, where it had gone through different title changes, many different ideas, a series of six games and SO much more I can’t wait to share with you all. Even what I listed barely even scratches the surface! Trust me!

Will you release any of the older games?

Nope. The reason why is that some of these games are MUCH more unstable and I didn’t know as much as I do now. And, a lot I will show off in the larger history series can’t really be played by people unless they have a game called Little Big Planet 3 on a PlayStation console. The series I’m working on now is technically a reboot and also better versions of the old Phobia games I made from November 2017 to December 2018.

Part 2 in the video series will come sometime soon!

Just finished playing REANIMAL and oh my god this game was disturbing.

Loved it from start to finish and it’s up there as one of my favorite horror games I have ever played.

I once said on my stream that if the SHOWMAN’S animatronics were animals, they’d actually be a band of alley cats! I do have a drawing of Showman, who’d actually be named Tuxy, as I feel more fun names would better suit them as animals.

3,000 followers is actually insane. I wouldn't have made a decade old series of shitposts into something genuinely so cool nowadays without you guys.

Phobia: The Awakening's 5th anniversary is on August 27th.

SHOWMAN! 1!1!1!

Major change of plans.

PLEASE take the time to read this.

Happy birthday @itsizsgames !!!

I didn't want to miss the opportunity on drawing something for you, this is a little rushed sadly

Mother, I had just hatched from my egg and have been brought into this dark world, there is no need to hold me in such an embarrassing manner.

Giving Unreal Engine 4 another shot with a much more open mind so I don't fall into Tutorial Hell and get discouraged. So far so good! Feel quite a bit more confident in using it as of right now.

Trying to improve how I draw humans (which I rarely do) so I can give myself some actual reference for their updated 3D models and to give them some nicer stylization.

Also yes this is a concept sketch of Dean’s new design.
