He was meant to appear in the date night DLC before it got canned. Anyway, hes an SPC Foundation agent who mainly exists for the funny. You'll probably be getting more stuff with him.

Another new character. He came into existence for a meme, but I realized he would make sense for a game like da bear. He exists. He's a banker, and he does taxes.
