A lot of exciting things are being developed already and the update just came out. I thought I'd take a longer break, but a mix of finally being finished with optimizing and the amount of support really boosted my motivation

This new attack for Shadow Mario has him turn into a floating orb and spawning Goobles from above before sneakily going for a slide kick at the end

Not only are new enemies being made for the recode, but resprites and recoded attacks are being added as well

5.5 is out!!

A new evolution is slowly approaching! A lot of systems are being redone and created behind the scenes i.e. ratings, sprite reimports for optimization, and a new damage output equation with proper defense and attack stats!

Shadow Mario isn't only getting a resprite implemented, but his attacks are being remade as well! Here's an early look at the first one

Hotfix 5.6 is out! If you were having any of these issues, I recommend redownloading. Your save file will carry over like always

(WIP) I recoded Sonic's homing attack to have a much better flow and fun mechanic. After throwing a ring, you have to press Z to aim where Sonic goes. A correct aim will allow you to hit the enemy repeatedly with it

I apologize to those who were met with a clown vomit colored Mario upon starting the game, there is a hotfix coming soon LOL (for now you can change your palette in the overworld by pressing the enter key)

For this next boss, I'm actually making something normal for once lmao (wip)
