Welcome, Blizzardkill (AKA Depriven), it is a snow demon that comes from snowy places.

And no, it is not a goat, that is just a coincidence.

In other words, the 2nd image is Blizzardkill's old design, which uses a beast from jackie chan adventures, reminder this was made when i was on the doors community)
