The Protagonist and Powwene the Pow-Pow (from Dungeon Village) encounters a mysterious person.

Beat Bubbles was a game made by Ijji Mini Games back in 2000s. I'm ashamed I didn't get to play it before and it didn't get archived correctly. But... It still holds some new adorable memories for me...
