A public demo build is now out!


The first few levels in a demo build are now available to play. Note that everything you'll see is subject to change and much of the game's content is missing in this version. Similarly to the first game, the music may take some time to load at first and playing in fullscreen is recommended (F11).

Have fun, and importantly good luck.

IMPORTANT EDIT:

Apparently the stamina mechanic breaks completely in the browser build after you die, expect a fix later today and dont die

IMPORTANT EDIT 2:

Found the issue, before you start playing hold X in the title screen to set the save file to default values. Max stamina is set to 0 for some reason if you don't do this. Gonna fix asap

A pretty big update is coming very soon (hopefully).

EDIT: forgot to mention I'm not going to use the tweaked torches sorry bros

I changed the torch glow to actually respect the game's color palette, the effect turned out pretty intense though. Is this better?

Updated the gifs in the description so they show the game's current state, also more early levels are being reworked

Maybe this should have been in the game from the beginning but those guys have telegraphed attacks now. Soon I'm going to release another patch, focused mainly on the early game.
