A quick update of the moderation of the community
Guys, I've heard that some people are tired of seeing how some moderators and me we're featuring our own posts, and I decided to:
Stop featuring my own posts
Pay more attention to other posts that needs attention
Remove two mods that features their own posts
Add @KoolCirby 
as a mod because he knows a lot about moderation
Thanks to Kool, Maz and Bloopie, I know that our moderation was "crappy", but I really want to thank them to change my mind once again.
