Q: Why not make the game check if the user has FNaF 1 installed?
A: Scott has confirmed that this wouldn't prevent the game from being taken down, as He stated on a reddit post regarding a similar project
"I know that it apparently checks to see if you have the original game first, but it still doesn’t change the fact that this is basically the original game being uploaded and hosted by someone other than myself (even if done with more polish than my original game!)"

A: This could work, but there is one massive issue. I'm the only person working on this project that is underage. You gotta be 18+ to join fan-verse and I'm only 15.
Q: Are you only going to release it to certain people?
A: Yes, But not to any random person. Only people who helped work on it, Or close friends.

A: In the year 2045.
