The Nylium is used as a representation of what the snow would look like. The snow is more blue and is colder than normal. It’s probably the same snow from the blizzard.
Also the game has a build now. Thanks to @NeonLights1

It has 6 nights and gets very difficult later on. (5 main nights + a phone/keyboard-smashingly difficult 4/20 night.)
