He appear in Fanmade 2.0 as a true main antagonist
He also appear in Lost Hope also as an true main antagonist
He was still a mystery character until in July 13, when i decided to remaster Lost Hope, i bringed back the characters from the classic Lost Hope, Mortimer, Willie and of course 03. As well as add new character like Ortensia, Fanny, Homer, Impurity, Suicide Mouse, God, Pluto and Daisy
