Acchi Kocchi is so underrated, I think it should have some more fans (though the anime is too short, but the manga is still going).

Artoon seems like it was very underrated game development company even when very key people worked there.
Naoto Ohshima, the one who originally designed Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman, founded (or at least co-founded) this company.
