Added Arcade mode! In Arcade mode the player starts with a little more HP, every skill starts at level 1 and you can also continue after you lose your lives. The downside is if you do use a continue, your score takes a major hit.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
