Added walking NPC system.


Since there is a Humanizer addon for Godot (Humanizer is Godot MakeHuman), I used and modified human generator for my game.The result is here.![Don't worry about the sign on the left - it will be replaced eventually](./content/images/project_ie_dev_walking_npc.gif)

Fun fact - there was the bug, where these walking NPC, like zombies, went only to protagonist's home. I eventually fixed it by using Godot random point parameter.
