The camp went for 12 days, 16 hour bus ride there and back. During the camp, lighting struck a power box and we couldn’t shower for a few days. This was in Queensland, so it was constantly about 40 or so degrees CELSIUS. From the heat and humidity, i got heat rash all over my fucking chest ^^

Then, the ‘sunshine state’ got a MASSIVE STORM, flooding practically our entire campsite lmao. We had to scoop water into buckets with cups and bowls and throw them out outside our campsite. It was fucking ass and one night at about 11 pm doing it we found a fucking yabby (like a shrimp thing) in the fucking water
