Here's an idea for a DDLC adaptation, tell me what you guys think:
An anime-inspired, five-episode series where every episode is like an hour and a half long. Each episode revolves around each of the different characters and the club: Episode one is the main character, episode two is Sayori, episode three is Yuri, episode four is Natsuki, and the final episode is Monika. Each of them basically captures all of their storylines and problems into one episode.
BUT!
The show itself isn't a direct adaptation to DDLC or DDLC+, instead, it's a silent sequel to both of those games in which Monika finally realizes that she could never truly be with the player, given her nature as nothing more than a video game character.
