I know I’ve shown off old Scratch games from when I was a kid, but this wasn't the first factual attempt to make a game. The difference with this one, however, is that it’s probably the first one I properly planned out. I knew exactly what the map should be, how many enemies there would be, and what they would do.
In contrast, The Rotten Night, the first game to get its own page and had a planned remake for the 1,000-follower celebration, was not properly planned out. I was making things up as I went along, similar to my early days on Scratch.
This game, however, was properly planned and had some creative, if silly, ideas. The mechanics were a bit generic, but I find it nice that I was attempting to be unique with them. I also really like the characters, as they were inspired by Bonde's Barnyard. Because so much was properly planned, you could call this the actual first FNAF fangame I was going to make, as I knew exactly what I wanted. It's similar to Five Nights at Malos', but that was a collaborative project with friends, and this one I made all by myself.
I also found something else in the box that I thought was lost: a 2.0 Malos design. It's a bit cringe, but I kind of love it lol.
I might show that off later.
I'm going to see if I can get a photo of the concept art I made for Five Nights at Trashman's soon. That might actually be exactly what I was looking for to make an anniversary game!
