I recommend just emulating it. The only reason you would need to buy it for $20 is to fill the pokedex in other games. However, I also feel like people who shame others for still wanting to buy them for $20 are just as, if not more, in the wrong. No one REALLY NEEDS two languages in one game. And no one cares if you are right, if you are a jerk who actively insults anyone who disagrees with you (trust me, I would know). I don't care if you emulate it, I don't care if you buy it for $20. At the end of the day, they are still options.
