also little tutorial for how to make a marathon song

for myself

[mainly just making this so i don't forget]

just note this is NOT the law (besides #4), these are all my opinions on what makes a good marathon song


  1. Feel free to add some references throughout the song (don't add too many though)

  2. Treat every section it's own little song, while also keeping them connected

  3. uhh make sure they're good

  4. you are legally required by the Dave and Bambi community to add the applecore riff somewhere in some shape or form
