Yo yo everyone.
It’s that time again.
UPDATE TIME
This time around I have a bit more to talk about. First off,
Tutorial Progress:
The tutorial for Disney Land has been going by smoother than I originally thought. Since I’ve got the voice actors chosen for certain roles I don’t have to wait anymore. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the Tutorial is now 1/3 done! That’s a lot, considering how it’s showing off old and new mechanics. The tutorial is the longest part of the update to make so it feels refreshing to finally be getting it done. I suspect it will be finished by the end of November, as it is being made faster than I thought.
New Things:
As I said in multiple of the past update posts, the update for this game is mostly an aesthetic update and a huge bug fix, but there are new things that are being added.
As may be obvious if you read my post, there is a new mechanic involving a Loud Speaker Announcer, but there’s more! For once, Walt’s mechanics are being altered, to make him more of a disturbance than an actual threat, and Night 5 is being completely redone. To anyone who made it to Night 5, it was a buggy and way too fast paced mess with only one main threat. This has since been decided to be changed completely. I can’t go into detail about it since it’s not fully been finalized in concept and I don’t want to give it away ;)
Release Dates:
This game may or may not be released this year. I don’t know, and I’m not going to know until it’s done. I’ve stated that I hate release dates and I still do. It makes me rush myself and forces me to ignore bugs or improvements, so I’m not giving myself a ‘dead line’ for this game because I want it to be as clean as possible.
All In All:
The update is coming along much more smoothly than in October, now that I have found a way of having more time to work on it. Once the tutorial is done, I will be fixing any bugs in Nights 1-4, then I will move onto Night 5, then after a couple more things, the game will be 100% done for good, and then I can move on.
Now for everyone’s favorite time of the month!
Until Next Time,
Josh
