and the holorifle is the only energy weapon in fallout that uses micro fusion cells correctly

the player character loads four mfcs into the gun which uses four from your inventory because they're a stand-in for 40mm grenades

any other single weapon would load one mfc and it would consume like 30 from your inventory as if it were treating micro fusion cells as a regular cartridge to a firearm

and i understand that this is for gameplay reasons and limitations and whatever but i commend the holorifle for being the only weapon ever to use microfusion cells correctly nonetheless
