Since Kris and Susie had their own escapades, why not give Ralsei a perfect pararell to Asriel dealing with his own Chara (this case a younger Kris since this is Asgore's Dark World) who was a hugely manipulative and perturbed kid who wouldn't like things going out of their own plans?
They're Perseverance Soul since they want to TRAP the characters in the prophecy and deprave them of FREEDOM, also a good pararell to how Muffet was responsable for the Geno Route to be finished due to her not evacuating due to her pride when Alphys needed to seal the gateway to the other half of Hotland.
