I've never done anything such as sh or vaping. I do not know exactly what you mean when you say you relapsed but I've had friends who have relapsed.

A really good friend of mine started goingnto parties again and hanging out with the wrong people, so she started vaping and smoking again after 2 years of being clean.

My advice is take everything you use to relapse and hide it, throw it away, or even chunk it out of a window.

I promise you, it will be hard for a while but once your clean (or the scars have healed) you will get to say you fought and won a battle.
