Idk I’ve just been like pretty serious about like mental health, and like I still am, it’s just as important as anything else.
But if you’re ever like not feeling good or anything. Please just don’t hide it, you’ll only just feel worse, I’m genuinely serious.
Normally yeah I feel bad when someone I know is like upset, but it just makes me like more upset if they’re like trying to hide it or something.
Don’t be afraid if you just need to let your emotions out or anything, the more you just bottle them up, the sooner it’ll break and then everything just falls apart.
Like again I sound like a generic idiot but like I said if being generic gets the point across, then I’ll be generic.
And don’t be afraid to like if you need to like vent to like a friend or something, or even in public if you have the courage too, like to a close friend or something. Don’t be afraid to like talk to them if it’s something serious just because they think they’ll be upset at you instead of being upset for you. If they get upset at you for saying it, they’re probably not a good friend to begin with if they deny your emotions.
Again being serious, but I wanted to clarify the difference of like being upset for someone vs being upset at someone.
Like again sorry for like going on like one of these outputting ramblings, but I just feel like more people need to hear this.
