Earlier today, during the morning, my mom's husband went to turn on my computer to use it as a phone charger, to charge his phone (as trying to charge it with an actual phone charger wouldn't work). I was watching Sonic X on YouTube (my mom recently bought a new smart TV) and I quickly noticed Windows didn't start, and was greeted with this:
Windows didn't even get to start up, you can see the text cursor near the top left of the screen. This is similar to that one time when my computer instantly froze on the motherboard logo screen.
One of the components might be damaged, which causes it to randomly freeze during startup like this with the screen full of glitchy stripes, or while I'm using it.
