Hi everyone. Today we'll be answering your questions from the Q&A post.
SO LET'S GO!
For Draxis: What was the worst part of making PoS?
Well.. He's not writing this post.. But I asked him and he said the worst part of making the game, was: fixing bugs, making lighting in the engine, and working on pillar 5 mechanics.
For everyone in the team: Do you enjoy working in the False Animatronics Studio?
DEFINITELY yes. We really like working in this studio, we're a team, and though sometimes we have worse moments, most of the time everything's ok, and we really like working on our stuff
Would you call this a fun game to make?
Depends for who, and in what moments, for example for Draxis (main dev) sometimes it wasn't funny game to make, because of his personal reasons, sometimes it was hell to get through, we were telling him to take a break on coding, but because we didn't have a co-coder he didn't want to For the rest of us it also depends, but not because of problems but more so because of certain moments, for example: the engine crashing isn't funny usually Making body for models is hard as hell But sometimes things are good and funny to work on.. For example: Writing the game script, modeling humans, or even making lighting for the game
What got you to make Pillars of Silence?
Eyes of evil, is the one of the game series (what is pretty buggy so we wanna do remake in future) we decided to do sequel for this game and we created Pillars of Silence
Was it high demand from fans of the first game? or was it something you just personally wanted to do? (or any other reason)
"The Story" (our first game) was a thing we personally wanted to do, but we aren't proud of this game, well.. Looking back on our first game and on Pillars of Silence all I can say is.. "The Story": our first game from our FNAF fangame series needs a remake, and we'll do it in the future
What was your favorite part of making Pillars of Silence?
Our favorite part of making Pillars of Silence was: writing a script for the game and all pillar 3
Thanks you all for your questions!!
See ya next time!
