also i might change lucky's portal icon to include blood, but oddly, his pause icon has blood, and also the character's loading screen icons also are weird and god why couldn't they just use one texture

anyways, i'm making a dd mod, and to show a small change, here's mama bear's new portal icon, i just wanted to remove her eyes to fit in with the rest of the portals, just a small consistent change
