Decided to update the lore for the Archivists due to TNA lore updating.

I used a droplet of scrapped TNA lore for this (TOS is a TNA AU after all and is Non-Canon to TNA). Once again as I just stated: None of this is canon. This is a fan project.

Some is my headcanon about the planet Eden (Once again used certain ideas that could potentially be Retconned from TNA but it makes sense to TOS's part).

About 4 years after Kirk had entered Orlando on the planet of Earth, through the cosmos lies Kirk's (or Crank's) home planet, Eden. Lying within the planet are aliens called Otherkinds. Yet one Otherkind named Echo got so worried about his own fellow roommate, worried that Crank and his sister Kathy probably never survived their exile. He got so mad that he wanted to go find him, even if it meant dying in space. Upon pacing around inside of his apartment, he decided to look through Crank's laboratory (by literally breaking into it).

Inside Crank's laboratory were filed scattered all over the place detailing different experiments. Echo decided to take some with him as they could help him get around space.

Upon trying to escape, Echo got caught for breaking in and (like Crank) was forced to exile the planet. Three other Otherkinds associated with Crank joined as well as Crank's pet alien dog (Dash) ,who was in Echo's care as Crank and Kati was exiled, and was exiled from their planet and forced to never return.

Eventually the 4 Otherkinds who are friends of Crank and Dash also crash landed in Orlando Florida in a run down theatre. Unknown about their surroundings,they used a few inventions they hid with them before being exiled. They realized they were on Earth.

Echo looked around the rundown theater and the stacks of film reels and VHS tapes and then bumped into someone. An Otherkind that was blue stood in front of them with a mask made out of a film reel and a cloak made out of curtains. She stares at them and tells them to put on with she's wearing to hide their themselves other than their invisible selves. Curious, Echo talks to the figure and asks,"Why?"

The blue masked figure says,"No time to explain. I believe you're looking for Kirk. I left him ever since some scientists took him. I decided to go out and explore the human land more. I used to work for him. Until that happened. I could try to take you to him but you'll have to be careful. But don't worry, I get along with people nicely. Especially the scientists down there in the Sanctum. Just put the stuff on and follow me."

As they follow the blue masked figure, she reveals herself as Eris. With Echo and the crew here and starting to get to know each other, Eris and Echo came to agreements to start a new group called the Archivists. Echo decided to lead and Eris helped.

They eventually stumbled into The Orange Sanctum and started to live there in search of Kirk and learning more about the Sanctum and planet Earth. Yet they are nice to scientists as they get to be taught about the culture of planet Earth and possibly help for the greater good.
