The only solution I have found out for the shaders not working is to bundle Terror Engine with the game. This also means that you can edit the story (level) itself, if you want.
Finally uploading the damn game... To debunk the rumors that this game contains some of the horrible things, it doesn't. Just some spooky pictures. The text made me want to vomit, though.

how i look at Cenotaph with 2 downloads (the game released 1 minute ago and it means i have failed in releasing my first game in years)

also fun fact: Cenotaph is literally meant to have effects to make it more spookier, but for some reason, it DOES not work when exported to a standalone game... wtf?
