Armor in The Wild Eight


Creating armor turned out to be a real challenge for our artists. After testing several options, we opted for two armor types: open and closed.

The number of variations of open armor needed to be equal to the number of characters in the game, as it’s organically combined with the standard character’s clothing. For closed armor we limited the scope to three options: female, male and larger male. Thus, there is an option that perfectly suits the build of each character type.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
