One of my favorite episodes of The Super Mario Brothers Super Show is "The koopas are coming! The koopas are coming!"

where Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad are on George Washingtoad's side of a war between the mushroom kingdom and Bowser, and Bowser freezes them and the entire army, then... leaves to attack later...?

idk why he doesnt just attack them while they're frozen in ice.

anyways, Mario somehow can speak, fall, get back up, and move while in a solid block of ice, but nobody else can??

Mario unfreezes himself, and unfreezes everybody else, but George Washingtoad begins sliding away. Mario tries to stop him with a plunger rope lasso thing, but fails, then crashing into George Washingtoad, who got stuck in a snow pile

Mario unfreezes George Washingtoad, and they tell Luigi to go warn the mushroom kingdom that King Koopa is going to attack, though Luigi gets captured.

(ALSO FOR A SCENE WHILE LUIGI IS RIDING A HORSE, LUIGI TURNS INTO MARIO)

Now, George Washingtoad, Mario, Peach, and Toad sneak attack Bowser and his army.

Mario gains Bowser's ice wand thing he has in this episode, and freezes him.

Mario then shoots the ice wand thing at pitch black as the animators somehow forgot to finish that scene. (idk how you miss that)

George Washingtoad hops ontop of Bowser, and then Bowser is defeated.
