Artimus Theta 1.4 is out! And I am looking for translators!

Also I am looking for people to translate Artimus into other languages.

- Added basic spanish translation

- Added copy and paste

- Added Custom Themes

- Added Custom CSS

- Added Sola, Luna, Marino, and Eclipse themes

- Added Randomize theme button

- Added the ability to change languages

- Added the ability to add a custom language

- Added a new start menu

- Moved importing as layer to the layer's context menu (Right click or tap and hold)

- Added the option to change where to paste images

- Added the ability to choose between picking the color from the current layer, or the composite texture.

- Made the move tool better to use

- Added the ability to clear the selection from a hot-key

- Added a thumbnail for an art contest, which some deets are still being ironed out!

- Added recent files

Oh yeah and for those who want a guide for translation here is the `english.json`!

Next up

Thinking of an optimized way to block the sun from leaking in Arderephobia. So here is my thinkin sketch.

Will implement it tommorow but for now there is a very unoptimized implementation.

I've been on vacation. So while I can't work on gameplay, I've been working on controller prompt sprites.

(Some will be retouched do to me having to use my phone to sprite these.)
