Anyways, I'm James Yevon, a Indie Developer who specializes in the mediocre! I'm currently developing a game right now called Orphan Simulator.
I've been working closely with the community while building the game, releasing public builds and gathering feedback on them to make the game the best experience it can be!
If you want to play a build for yourself and give much needed feedback, all builds are available in my development Discord Server
(Q: Will the game be available on Game Jolt? A: Eventually. It's still in a phase of testing and reconstruction so all builds are currently in Discord to emphasize how early on and not finished the game is.)
Now being a Game Jolt Creator, I'm going to mostly likely be a bit more active than I was before! And now as a creator I have options for monetization that seem pretty fun!
One option I'm looking at is the shop feature. Being able to create custom frames and stickers seems really neat and if anyone is interested in specifics designs from my games, feel free to make a request and I'll put it on my list of ideas I have with this feature!
Also, if you just happen to have spare Charge Stickers lying around or if you simply don't like orphan children, you can now stick them on my posts and Game Jolt says they'll give me a nice dosage of pennies.
Anyways, that's all for now! If you have any questions feel free to let me know! Thank you so much for all your support and most importantly-
I love u

Some people haven't really liked the designs of the rat enemies in my game, but I still really like them. They're supposed to be ugly/goofy to serve as a more silly part of the game. I might still change them in the end, but you'll have to fight me on it
Happy Valentine's Day! With love from your favorite toaster- Toasta.
Getting back into game development! Behold, Orphan Simulator! A testing ground for me to learn how to make games that don't suck. (Here's to hoping I can learn what I need to make good games!)
Working on more enemies for this game, and made Daisy a while ago. Do you think Daisy is too creepy? (I love her very much.)
I forgot to post this here, but this clip did really well on Instagram for whatever reason. No idea why people liked it. Progress is still coming along! Currently behind the scenes working on overworld gameplay!
For this game I wanted to add an extra bit of challenge with dodging, so I added a meter that fills up every turn, and once it's full the enemy will perform a strong attack! I thought it was a good idea but what do you think?
Working more on Orphan Simulator, progress is coming along very, very well! Everyone think's Jack is directly based off Jevil, but truth be told it was completely coincidence and I just wanted to make a funny jack in the box enemy.
