As promised, the graphics update has released! Read the article to see what has changed.

And stay tuned for news on the upcoming remaster, FNaDP: Reascended.


As I stated in my previous devlog, which you can read here for full details, I stated that I was splitting the graphics update and the new content into two separate things. Basically, I have decided to make a remaster of FNaDP, called FNaDP: Reascended, and use the new content originally planned in the graphics update for that instead. The graphics update was changed to just be a graphical upgrade, and nothing much more or less than that.

I did this to make up for the long wait I put on you guys, and to apologize for how I handled things. This game page has been renamed to FNaDP: Classic edition, and will remain up for those who still do want to see it.

CHANGELOG:

  1. Graphics have mostly been updated for the main game and extras. Certain text graphics remain unchanged.

  2. There is a new menu with new settings. The extras menu has been moved here.

  3. New jumpscare animations

  4. Rare screens and secret cutscene has been removed.

SPOILERS BELOW!

4. Golden Pit's colors have been changed slightly.

5. A new extras character has been added

And, that's about it, really. This is mainly an appetizer for Reascended before it eventually releases. Again, the new content that was going to be in this update will be used in Reascended instead. Hope you guys understand the decision I made, and I hope you'll all give Reascended a chance.

Speaking of Reascended, a game page might come out in the following days or weeks. So, stay tuned.
