Here’s some advice for fellow mod teams losing motivation: Make sure everyone has an equal and fair amount of tasks; as burnout is what you want to AVOID AT ALL COSTS NECESSARY.

Everyone should be actively working on a mod when they can. They should also be putting in a good amount of effort to make something they’re proud of.

People should have time and motivation to do what they need, so you need to find a good balance between giving people space, and giving people commands.
