What you see there is the current look of Scarlet Flare. The Sans sprite is changing, the one used was made by ex-team member Koneko. It’ll be updated in time.

As for progress, we have most in the case for the battle. We’ve only gotta do Sans and the fire. If the spriters really get to it, a demo could be likely very soon. But that all depends on the speed of the spriters now.

Anyways, the other announcement I wanted to make is that devlogs will be coming back: the second Monday of each month. We’ll use these to show off progress and other stuff. It’ll also be used to feature pieces of fanart if I see any that really catch my eye (or the team’s)

Progress is slow. But we’re getting there. Might show off the blasters in the coming weeks too. Depends on how I’m feeling, we’ll see ;)
