Back to DEVLOG | DEVLOG 2/28/25


Here's the sitch, ACITOS is still currently under development! However, it's taken me a while to plan things and add them to the program. I am starting to add more things to it including more story elements and all the shiny things I wanted to.

Seeing as I am only one person, things are still going to take a while, but I am doing my best to get things done as carefully but also as quickly as I can. I've been doing a lot of cosmetic changes to the program to make it look sleeker but still keep the Terminal look to it.

I am adding certain systems to upgrade immersion and am currently making an effort to create the best horrifying experience I can.

I do want to include the explicit warning that this is a very reading based thing being as it is a Terminal-based program. As much as I'd love to do a gigantic 3D game, that is well out of my means as I have experience in mostly writing and not Game Design. So please do not be upset when there are things to read. Thank you!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
