When data miners had gone through the files of minecraft they found a model named beta_model_enemy_phantom_6 the data miners were confused they thought wasnt the phantom supposed to be added in 1.6.0? The model was also fully functional only missing animations and textures on its face for the rest he had behavior and spawn code they thought it was a beta version of the phantom wich jeb stumbled upon randomly and decided to fix it but its also different instead of spawning at night when you didnt sleep much it spawned in caves and there was also this stripe of code called pick_up_player_infect and gurgle_night_summon_scream_infected but they didnt mind it too much they decided to put it back in the game to see how it was different they loaded up a normal survival world and searched for a cave when they found it they heard a blood boiling scream and 10 creepers came out but all the creepers faces were blacked out and they didnt explode they used meelee attacks instead after the group defeated the weird creeper horde they were confused on why the creepers looked like that but they didnt mind too much so they advanced in the cave then they found it but it wasnt its normal size it was huge almost as big as a ghast and its face wasnt blank it had dark red eyes one of the data miners said that this thing is not the phantom we know before the could turn back and run away one of the data miners got picked up and got infected with the whither effect but it was as fast as a pufferfish's poison after he died a message popped up saying ( the player ) got ripped apart by beta_model_enemy_phantom_6 the others ran as fast as they could and left the game deleted the world and deleted the version

Later that day they got an email from the other data miner saying that his computer closed down and would never open up after the beta phantom incident after that the data miners said on reddit not to immediatly revive beta minecraft stuff or else they would Encounter something like that phantom
