BIG ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDDING HORROR FANGAME FRENZY'S (M)TMB UPDATE!

Hello everyone. I hope you're all having an amazing day right now. Because I have an important announcement regarding the development of Horror Fangame Frenzy's "Chapter 2" update. (A.k.a, the Mario: The Music Box update)

For anyone that's been on Twitter/X or on Team Ari's official Discord server, you would know that CorpseSyndrome revealed a new character for their upcoming game (Mario) The Music Box RESET, said character being called CO9.

Seeing this character made me realize that RESET is going to be completely different from the 2019 version of (Mario) The Music Box --ARC-. So I've made a huge decision about HFF's development.

I am going to shelve Horror Fangame Frenzy until (Mario) The Music Box RESET comes out.

I know this may suck for all the people out there who've been waiting for Chapter 2 to release, and I am also disappointed, but I want to stay as 100% to the source material as possible when it comes to the games featured in HFF.

And to all those who may ask, "what will you do if RESET hypothetically gets cancelled?" (Which hopefully doesn't happen)

Well, I can reassure you that it won't result in the cancellation of HFF, I would just use both the 2019 version and what was shown in ARC Revamped instead.

So just to clarify, HFF is NOT CANCELLED, it is just currently not being worked on until RESET releases!

So until then, see you when RESET releases!

Next up

When Chapter 2 releases, there will now be 24 save files instead of 12. This is for those who want to try and get all the easter eggs/the chaos emeralds/the different endings.

HFF Section 2 Update:

Brand new and improved facegraphics for Andrew! I felt like the originals didn't completely match the style of (Mario) The Music Box. So I went back and did a full revamp of them!

Merry Belated Christmas everyone! I am here to gift you a 1 minute sneak peek of the new boss fight music for the (M)TMB -ARC- section for HFF.

Who's boss theme it is will not be said. (But you may be able to tell based on the letimotifs.
