We had announced it in early November and did our best to invite as many developers as possible. The BlackCube Jam has been running last week during 6 days. And 6 heros participated! We’re very happy to discover their 6 games, that you can download and play for free from this page:

The BlackCube Jam was a scifi Jam for everyone who enjoys scifi, the Myst series, the Black Cube series (including Myha), and more globally for lovers of adventure or exploration games. We hope we can reconduct it next year with more developers.

If you followed Myha on GameJolt here (I mean the original 2D game created in January 2016), then you’ll be excited to learn that Denis Martin has recreated the whole island in realtime 3D with Unreal Engine! You can download and play his demo from the Jam page, or here:

All the games released during this Jam deserve to be tried if you like puzzles or adventure games in general. Some of them offer a beautiful visual experience (Inheritance…) while others focus on immersive challenging puzzles (The ruins of Riddoh, 3…), but overall there’ something for everyone’s tastes.

I’m very happy also to introduce my own creation for this event. It was the first time that I ever worked on a 3rd person adventure game. ATOS tells a spin-off story in the world of my previous games ASA, Myha and Catyph, and will allow you to play as Lambda, leader of a team of mercenaries. They’re stuck on an abandoned space station, and things are not going that well for them… :)
