Incident Description: At approximately 18:21 PM, Dr. ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮, a senior robotics engineer, was involved in a critical incident within the Robotics Development Wing of the Thunder Science Company. Dr. ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮ was conducting routine diagnostics on Prototype Unit #7, a assistance robot currently in the testing phase.

According to security footage and eyewitness accounts, Dr. ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮ appeared to lose his footing and inadvertently tripped over a power cable that was improperly secured on the floor. As he fell forward, his head entered the mouth area of Prototype Unit #7, which was in the process of executing a shutdown sequence. Incident Description: A concerning event was reported in the early hours of the morning involving Prototype Unit #7, which was previously involved in a fatal incident on December 10, 2013. The unit, which had been placed in secure storage for dismantling, was found in a state of partial activation without any external input.

Security personnel on duty reported that at approximately 07:30 AM, they observed unusual movements from the storage area where Prototype Unit #7 was kept. Upon investigation, they discovered the prototype in a significantly altered state: its jaw mechanism was broken and locked in an open position, the right side of its head appeared damaged, and both hands were missing, leaving exposed wires and internal machinery.

Immediate Action Taken:

• The area was immediately cordoned off, and the prototype was once again deactivated.
