Wassup dawgs? I have returned yet again! I’ve made that doodle last week and finished today just in time for Star Wars Day! So what’s on the table today? Well, i figured I’d explain the “scope”, for lack of a better term, of this game. What’s the deal? What’s the purpose? Well, despite what y’all may think, the purpose isn’t just to make a game, for the sake of doing so, the purpose is to I guess spread a message. The message isn’t totally clear, but it’s mostly hidden in metaphors. What is it? Big companies are always prioritizing money over passion, quantity over quality. Most don’t care about passion, they only care about making a quick buck, and they’ll only put ineffort if their money machine is running on low. The love of money is the root of all evil. And what happened with Weshek is kind of a playing factor in this. The SECOND it becomes about the money, that’s it, it’s all over. So, what does that have to do with this game? Well, this is being made with passion. I hope the people who help make this can benefit from this, not financially but maybe help them in the long run, be it gain some newfound knowledge of game development, more skills, or heck maybe even getting themselves a job! I want people to know what’s going on with gaming. So, making a free fangame should hopefully help at least get word out. I really hope we can make this project a full reality, I want to continue writing stories, drawing art, and making games! But if I wanna do those, I want to make sure that I, we’ll, WANNA do those.
