Two underaged, short-tempered, spoiled, and fat bratty turds who have a single, somewhat neglective parent (Liane Cartman for Eric and Bowser for Junior, though Bowser is far more abusive than Liane, who is just sorta a shit mother who doesn't know how to properly raise her kid) from adult shows who are a dick around everyone they're around, including the people they call their friends, with their friends consisting of a poor kid who is oftenly the buttmonkey of the group (Kenny and Joseph) and the more intelligent straight-men who often call them out on their shit (Stan/Kyle and Cody, with Kyle and Cody also being Jews). Both can also get pretty psychotic and incredibly cruel at times (Cartman especially, as oftenly Junior is just a blithering dumbass), and are known for having electrical powers that they had only one time.
