Kayla is constantly haunted by four different lives of those she killed, because when she kills and eats the heart of one of her 'victims', there's a high chance she'll get all of their memories. Her youngest victim was only 7 years old (pink shirt and eyes), second youngest was 16 (orange eyes), third was 20 (blue eyes) and oldest was 25 (green eyes). The agony of feeling like she's lived four separate lives causes her more pain than she is willing to show, and it makes the pain even worse when she sees someone one of her victims knew, and she has nobody to talk to that would truly understand her misery...
