It becomes impossible to proceed at the opening.
Details:
The dialogue disappears in the middle of the opening, and then it becomes impossible to proceed.
There is no workaround. This always happens with certain system locale, sorry. At least I confirmed in French locale. More info for C# programmer: https://bit.ly/2NvNcDT

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.
