Objects that are going to be placed by players, are going to be placed on a grid. The grid has the size of a third of the box object (12 units). But, in the settings you can change your grid size to fit your style.
Some objects can be rotated, to make walls and other barricades. One of the rotating objects, is the ladder. It has a special function, it can be climbed on. Special objects are going to be marked with a yellow slot in the inventory.
Some other objects, are utility objects. Like workbenches, water collectors, and much more. They are marked with a green slot in the inventory.
Sometimes you may come across bases of other players, and we advise you to please not destroy their bases, as the players have taken their time to find the objects needed for their bases, and the time to build them.
You may wonder: “What about doors? Aren’t you going to add doors to the game, for players to close their bases for the time they are gone, or when it’s night time?” - No, I am not adding doors, because they make it easier, and it is fun to barricade the way in, instead of using some lame door.
