Alex The Sharpshooter 2.
The title explains itself.
STORY:
Alex discovers a giant robot factory and investigates, and it explodes. Then he gets thrown off. When he lands he finds some scrap parts from the building and manages to build a weapon which can copy enemies' powers. Meanwhile, a new evil was taking over the world.
