one side note, most of the people who do this are children who don't know better but i feel like the problem is how this has been an issue, even back when i joined 2 YEARS ago.

Can these people like just make their own art, all these people is go steal someone else's Fanart. Its something that really annoys me on this website, they can continue to do this because theres no punishment. (DON'T harass this person if you know them)
